Believe, know, and understand—what you see is what you are. It is
no longer outside of you, it is no longer beyond your reach, it is within you.
Look for the light in you. Look for the light as a reflection of you.
Meditation starts where you are. The middle is where you are. And the end is where you are. Get it? It’s all about where you are at any given moment.
“I accept. I accept what it is. I accept the way it is right now. I accept my shift and whatever that will bring to me today.”
In order for spirit to enter your thoughts, you must make room for them.
Moments cannot be paused. They are continuously streaming. That’s called ‘change.’
There are times when silence can be heard.
When we ask you to listen, we do not ask you to use your ears. We ask you to use the vibration of your soul. To feel this vibration you must be still.
Be aware of everything. There is no thought to awareness. Have awareness, but do not think a thought.
When there are no words, the body will begin to speak to you.
